Our property management team's sole function is to lease properties - therefore we are always ready and available to assist you in the search for your new home.
Our rental list is available Friday afternoons, and our internet site is updated daily.
Once you have found the right property.......
Complete, with care, a Tenancy Application Form, available from our office, or simply click on the application form below, print out and return with all the relevant documentation via fax, post or drop it in to our office. Make sure that you provide us with ample references, contacts and as much detail as possible. Allow 48 hours for the application approval process. The property manager handling the property will contact you as soon as they have spoken with the owner and a decision has been made. If a property is not available for a while or you cannot make the set open time, you are welcome to fill out an application "prior to viewing" to register your interest.
Office Hours
Our office is open five days a week. Our office hours are Monday to Firday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Payment Of Rent
You can pay into our ANZ Bank Account using Internet Banking or Deposit Book, or arrange a Direct Debit Transfer.
Rent is payable in advance on the due date, and may be made weekly, fortnightly or calendar monthly - whichever is most suitable for you.
